The last couple of weeks have been intense and busy for me (but, all good!). Busyness filled with many changes and projects that I only dreamed about before. I am totally welcoming the new! This “new” is perceptibly seen in my world; from the new blooms, to the baby birds chirping and learning to fly. There is even a pair of energetic baby chipmunks, whom I lovingly call chip and dale, running around the lawn. It is bliss! As each day unfolds in my life, my heart is filled with much gratitude. I believe the Universe has sent these tender affirmations as testament to all the new I have been creating and manifesting in my life.
Please don’t get me wrong, there are some areas in my life that I am still facing unknowns, however, I am grateful for such sweet beginnings. My days begin with hope, enthusiasm, and excitement, it is such a profound way to live. It is living life from a creative perspective; where you learn to trust yourself, the Creator, your path and know that everything is unfolding for your highest purpose and evolution. Now that is freedom!
One of the projects I worked on, and was the inspiration for this blog was the restoration of my gardens. Interestingly enough, although it was a physical activity, it also impacted me spiritually. I learned that there is something magical and therapeutic about gardening. I found myself applying a lot of what I was doing in my garden, to what has happened in my life.
Within the last two years or so, I have been uprooting situations in my life; creating new experiences with people, places, and things to ultimately change my reality. As I worked in my garden, I was reminded that uprooting things in our lives does not always mean an ending. For example, in relationships we may need to set new boundaries, express what is okay or not okay with us and give it a new form or space in our lives. This process can be painful for everyone, including ourselves. The changes may almost feel like death; death to a relationship, place, or thing that we once deemed important. However, this almost dead like experience must take place so that the new ways of being and interacting can take root, thus allowing new life to spring forth in our world. The Universe is constantly presenting us with opportunities to create new realities, it is up to us to exert our power and authority over our own lives and take them!
With that said I want to leave you with my creative energy affirmation.
I am rooted in strong foundations.
I am safe and secure.
I am strong!
I trust in the future that I am creating.
Each step I take brings me closer towards my goals.
I am fully supported by the Creator.
